Chicago’s world famous deep dish pizza definitely lives up to its hype. All of its cheesy goodness was 👌🏼 I haven’t even left yet and I already want to come back ☹️ Until next time, Chicago! 🍕

7 miles on the mtn bike, 11 miles hiking, 26 miles by road bike to get back home. Approx 8000 feet in total altitude gains. Needless to say, it was definitely worth it. Trip to Tony Grove Lake and back 100% Human Power 😎

My 8 day trip to Australia is now in the books! Starting from Sydney, I got to catch up with my three Aussie friends, Morgan, Ally, and Emily. From there I took a flight to the heart of the outback, Yulara. This small town of 887 people is 460km from the next town over. After seeing aborigines and their sacred rock, Uluru, I flew to Melbourne where I rented a car and drove the Great Ocean Road. I spotted wild kangaroos and even a wild Koala! Australia has been 10/10 and I definitely plan on coming back. Until next time, KangarooLand!

Caught a great view of the sunrise today followed by a visit to Uluru, a spiritual rock to the aborigines. Finally a kangaroo burger because that’s not touristy, right?
